Suffolk Young Farmers Membership Form plus a Parental Consent Form must be completed for all under 18’s.

All members must also complete the Standards of Behaviour Agreement Form and return it to their club treasurer with full payment.

A Friends of YFC membership form is also available for those of you who want to stay in touch.
